Refund policy
Warranties apply within the United States or Canada and cover any defect or workmanship provided; however, the product’s liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product. BCOWW will provide a reasonable similar replacement product that is either new or factory refurbished. The warranty does not include abuse or neglect, commercial use, modifications, use or service outside the United States or Canada, shipping and handling costs, or consequential or incidental damages. Proof of purchse is required for all warranty claims and returns.
Claims
Merchandise is sold F.O.B from our warehouse in Houston, Texas. The responsibility ceases when carrier accepts shipment and issues a receipt. All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed when shipped. The consignee must claim any damage or loss, including concealed damage, within five (5) days and all packing material must be retained until inspection is made. Any claim against BCOWW Outfitters LLC for defects, shortages, or errors must be made to BCOWW Outfitters LLC in writing within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Failure to submit a claim shall constitute full acceptance of the merchandise.
Returns
